• Strictly Necessary Transfers: We only transfer data to third-party services (like our backend servers and AI providers) as strictly necessary to perform the autofill and application generation service that you requested.

5. Email Communications and Tracking

We send transactional and account emails (such as email verification, password resets, security notices, payment receipts, and subscription updates) and, only if you opt in, occasional product and reminder emails. Marketing consent is collected as an unchecked, optional checkbox at registration and can be granted or withdrawn at any time in Settings — we never send marketing email without your affirmative consent.
