By accessing or using Job Application Filler AI ("Service"), available via our website and Google Chrome Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Job Application Filler AI provides artificial intelligence-powered tools designed to assist users in completing job application forms more quickly and intelligently. The Service analyzes user-provided resumes and profiles to generate appropriate answers to questions on third-party job portals.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in your profile.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Bear sole responsibility for the accuracy of all answers submitted on third-party platforms via our extension. We highly recommend reviewing auto-filled content before submission.
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including submitting false employment applications or tampering with third-party sites in violation of their terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Premium"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors (such as Stripe or Square). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to their standard terms of service. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds for previously paid periods are strictly at our discretion unless mandated by law.

Availability. The Services are operated from the United States. Paid subscriptions are currently offered only to customers with a United States billing address; we may decline or cancel purchases made from outside the United States. Prices are stated in US dollars. The free tier is available worldwide. We may expand paid availability to additional countries at any time.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Job Application Filler AI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the success or outcome of any job application submitted using our tools. In no event shall Job Application Filler AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

5a. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate resumes, cover letters, application answers, and related content. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or contain fabricated information (commonly called “hallucinations”). You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated content for accuracy and truthfulness before submitting it to any third party, employer, or platform. The Service does not provide legal, career, financial, or other professional advice, and no AI output should be relied upon as such. You bear full responsibility for any content you submit.

5b. Trademarks and Non-Affiliation

Job Application Filler AI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Greenhouse, Workday, LinkedIn, or any employer, job board, or applicant tracking system. All third-party product names, logos, and trademarks referenced on our website, in our extension, or in our marketing are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes. Such use does not imply any endorsement, affiliation, or partnership.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service — including the Job Application Filler AI browser extension, website, software, AI prompts, designs, logos, and all related intellectual property — is owned by Job Application Filler and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. © 2026 Job Application Filler. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
